We accept payments through credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Product Availability and Oversold Items
At Serendipity Llano, we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible. However, while rare, overselling may occur due to high demand for our unique, one-of-a-kind items. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
In the Event of an Oversold Item
If an item you order online is no longer available:
1. We will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.
2. You will be given the following options:
• A full refund issued to your original payment method.
• Store credit for a future purchase.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding, as many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity.
Why Overselling May Occur
Given that many of our items are unique, they may sell in-store and online simultaneously before our system has time to update. While we make every effort to avoid this, it can occasionally happen due to high demand and inventory turnover.

At Serendipity Llano, we take pride in offering unique, vintage, and antique items that are carefully curated from a variety of independent vendors. Due to the nature of our consignment business model and the inherent characteristics of vintage goods, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds under most circumstances.
Exceptions for Damaged or Missing Items
We understand that issues may occasionally arise during shipping. In the event that your item:
• Arrives damaged or
• Is not received,
we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue.
To Report a Shipping Issue:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for missing items) at:

1. Your order number.
2. A detailed description of the issue.
3. Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label (for damaged items).
Resolution Process
Once we receive your report and evidence, we will review the case and make a decision based on the following factors:

• Item availability (for replacements, if possible).
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
• A replacement item (if available).
• A refund to your original payment method.
• Store credit for a future purchase.
Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 7 business days of the resolution decision.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
• Items purchased in-store or online that are not damaged or lost in transit.
• Items with wear, imperfections, or signs of aging consistent with their vintage nature (these are detailed in product descriptions).
• Custom or special-order items.
• Gift cards.
Why All Sales Are Final
As a consignment-based business, Serendipity Llano facilitates the sale of items on behalf of independent vendors. This structure, combined with the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and antique goods, makes it difficult to process returns or refunds.
